testing/lavalauncher: upgrade to 2.1.1
Version 2.1.1

CHANGELOG:

Updates to support newer librsvg version.
Fixed bug causing buttons with universal commands not receiving button inputs.
Changes default namespace to lhp.LavaLauncher.
Fixed one typo in the man page.
Interactions on all other forges besides sourcehut have been deprecated.
