Upgrade chatty to v0.5.0_beta4 which resolves a lot of critical bugs found at v0.4.0
For example, an upgrade to v0.5.0_beta4 fixes this critical bug, with which I've been struggling for so long: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/chatty/-/issues/608 . @Cogitri , @psykose - please could you take a look?
