Our ARM infrastructure is unreachable at the moment, so CI jobs will time-out and packages will not be updated until the servers are back.
It has been added in 88ce4d9b to support kernel modules compression using zstd. In the meantime, we have switched to gzip (b532b582) specifically to avoid this dependency.
