community/firefox: upgrade to 95.0

--without-wasm-sandboxed-libraries is passed because otherwise https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-libc/ is a dependency, that is not packaged yet, seems to have a sysroot setting thing for compiling with and has no tags, maybe should be revisited.
smoosh is the newer js parser / spidermonkey frontend, has been around for a few releases, works fine for me locally. previous issue for it being disabled- should be fine to build now, lets see
also fixes the lint warning
