The source project of this merge request has been removed.
main/{docs,mandoc}: allow usage of man-db with docs metapackage
these changes allow docs to be used with man-db as well, while not impacting existing mandoc or simple apk add docs addition as mandoc takes priority unless man-db is explicitly added
also, we add man-pages to docs depends= for convenience
