community/sxmo-utils: upgrade to 1.6.0

Merged Willow requested to merge StacyHarper/aports:sxmo-swmo into master

We strip all dependencies cause we got them in pmaports meta packages (depending on the target DE dwm or sway).

sxmo-utils can now be used by other DEs or programs, without requiring all the mobile dependencies.
