backport swmo dependencies patches

Merged Willow requested to merge StacyHarper/aports:swmo-preparation into master

We still got some of our patch not upstream yet in sway and bemenu.

To progress toward our Wayland support, we decided to have our own recipes for the moment.

We will drop them and rely on the upstream package when they will be ready.
