testing/grafana: enable all archs

Two issues need to be fixed

  • Use a version of iltorb (brotli binding for nodejs) that is compatible with the version of nodejs shipped in Alpine. This was fixed upstream recently by using newer iltorb releases. This fix is backported as patch
  • Get iltorb compiling without historic python2 dependency
