community/git-lfs: upgrade to 3.0.2
This MR bumps the git-lfs version to 3.0.2 containing various bug-fixes and improvements, see:
Besides the version bump, this MR drops all patches which were introduced by !26213 (merged) since they all have been accepted by the upstream git-lfs project.
