community/linux-edge: Enable CONFIG_DRM_HYPERV for linux-edge-virt

Sets CONFIG_DRM_HYPERV=m to enable the new hyperv_drm video driver, merged into kernel 3.14 to replace hyperv_fb.

This would be highly beneficial to be available for evaluation when running Alpine on Hyper-V/Azure hosts.
