community/gpodder + deps: move from testing

Move gpodder and gpodder-adaptive from testing to community, as well as its depends py3-mygpoclient and py3-podcastparser. Upgrade py3-podcastparser from 0.6.7 to 0.6.8 while at it. I'm daily driving this, it works well.

EDIT: moved 2 depends needed for testing as well and took over maintainership for these.
