main/tolua++: fix broken project url, fix linter warnings

This project is archived on github, though that is probably known since the APKBUILD source url has "archive" in it. The project url in the APKBUILD is 404 although it matches the one still listed on the archived github page: http://www.codenix.com/~tolua/

Replacing it with the github link seems like the only option to have a working project url.
