community/pdns-recursor: two changes

Peter van Dijk requested to merge Habbie/aports:pdns-recursor-fixes into master
  • remove GPG things, they were not used anyway (see conversation in !26327 (merged))
  • instead of shipping a full but outdated recursor.conf in aports, only ship the config overrides and append them to the build-generated recursor.conf-dist so it is always up to date
