Update skarnet.org packages to the latest versions

New skarnet.org packages have just been released. Keep the Alpine packages up-to-date. Since skalibs has had a major version bump (different soname), all the packages must be upgraded at the same time.

The packages in main/ are upgraded first; the ones in testing/ are upgraded second. (s6-rc had to be updated and brought to the top, but it doesn't impact dependencies so it can be built last, it doesn't matter.)
