Fixes #13020 (closed).

As for the GeoNames username: this is done as recommended in the README (see the "INFORMATION FOR PACKAGE MAINTAINERS AND DISTRIBUTORS" section), which states that it's preferred that package maintainers provide a GeoNames username.

The username for this account was just randomly generated with Firefox's password generator (it is a real account, though! But no, the password to that account isn't the same as the username - if anyone needs it for anything though, they can shoot me a message). I wanted to avoid setting a name like "alpinelinux" to avoid making it look like an official account, and I didn't want to think of a different name either, so this should work fine enough.
