Adds the Gtkeddit (https://gitlab.com/caveman250/Gtkeddit) package, which is "A GTK4 Reddit client written in C++". It depends on libadwaita (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libadwaita), which is not yet packaged for Alpine, so I made an attempt. However, it uses a version string that apk doesn't consider valid so I wrote a patch that makes it valid (changing alpha.2 to alpha2).
Gtkeddit is a pretty new Reddit app but it is pretty active and full-featured, and runs a lot better for me on my pinephone than Giara.
