testing/gpodder{,adaptive}: new aports

Upgrade and upstream gpodder-adaptive from postmarketOS, now that it has a proper release tag. Package the regular gpodder as well (both cannot be installed at the same time, I think this is fine, just like firefox and firefox-esr).

gpodder-adaptive lives in the "adaptive" tree of gpodder.git and has its own releases. This adaptive version works well on smartphones.

I've backported two patches from upstream master, which fix the broken cache and image scaling on hires displays.

I'm taking over maintainership from @cherrypicker as he is currently too busy to maintain this (we've talked and it's fine for him).
