community/fwknop: allow use of supervise-daemon and make config file required

This merge request changes the fwknop init script such that it is possible to use supervise-daemon. This wasn't previously possible. Like with other packages, this is optional and can be enabled by the user via the /etc/conf.d/fwknopd config file.
