testing/py3-libmdbx: Disable on mips64

Thermi requested to merge Thermi/aports:py3-libmdbx-no-mips64 into master

libmdbx doesn't work on mips64 right now because of unknown instructions being found there. Probably a compiler issue, but it makes the build fail, and fails this package's test on MIPS64, so let's disable that for now.
