testing/manticoresearch: new aport

Similar subpackaging to the documentation, except that the base name is manticoresearch, and the main package has just the basics.

• manticoresearch just searchd and the base config file (set up in realtime mode).
• manticoresearch-openrc openrc script, pulled in if you have openrc installed.
• manticoresearch-doc - some of the documentation as seen on https://manual.manticoresearch.com, but formatted to work as man pages.
• manticoresearch-icudata includes icudt65l.dat, (what manticoresearch packages in their official packages) (rather than our icu-data package)
