main/util-linux: install man pages

Rodrigo Lourenço requested to merge rzl/aports:add-util-linux-doc into master

Currently, the manual pages for commands like fsck(8) are not installed in the -doc subpackage. Add asciidoctor to makedepends so that the man pages are generated and installed.
