community/supertuxkart: add server subpackage

Antoni Aloy Torrens requested to merge antoni.aloytorrens/aports:supertuxkart-server into master

When building SupertuxKart, there's an option to build the server only (-DSERVER_ONLY=ON).
I use it in my Alpine container and I think it would be useful to have it because it uses fewer dependencies and less storage than the whole game.
So, I don't know if APKBUILD is well implemented, @PureTryOut could you take a look at it?
