scripts/mkimg.base.sh: change to current dtbs-lts dir

with change to linux-lts as current default kernel dir for dtbs is changed to /boot/dtbs-lts and this commit change it to new one

DEVICETREEDIR in extlinux.conf for u-boot is changed to FDTDIR to follow documentation in u-boot (upstream)
