Changed qbittorrent init to have conf be an actual conf

Very small change to qbittorrent-nox-openrc that improves the init script massively.

My understanding is that in Alpine it's bad form to lbu include anything in /etc/init.d. Also with OpenRC it's better to have variables that the user might want to change in /etc/conf.d
