community/zerotier-one: set architecture to all

Jonas requested to merge spameier/aports:zerotier-one-aarch64 into master

I successfully built the package on my Raspberry Pi 3 running aarch64. And the build pipeline successfully builds all packages, so I changed the architecture to all.
