main/xen: *.initd: /var/run => /run

omni requested to merge omni/aports:xen-run-path into master

After going from 3.13.5 to edge I noticed that /var/run/xen wasn't created, this is related to OpenRC 0.43 and https://github.com/openrc/openrc/issues/201 ,let's just use /run instead.
