community/qt5-qtsvg: remove 0002-Bump-version.patch

This patch breaks building anything against qt5svg:

CMake Error at /usr/lib/cmake/Qt5Svg/Qt5SvgConfig.cmake:111 (find_package):
  Could not find a configuration file for package "Qt5Widgets" that is
  compatible with requested version "5.15.3".
  The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:
    /usr/lib/cmake/Qt5Widgets/Qt5WidgetsConfig.cmake, version: 5.15.2

As of writing, e.g. build-edge-x86 is stuck there.

I think we should remove all of these version bump patches.
