testing/lxqt-core: Add default screensaver

Antoni Aloy Torrens requested to merge antoni.aloytorrens/aports:lxqt-screensaver into master

  • It fixes an annoying popup that is shown every minute, warning that a screensaver application cannot be executed.

  • Also, consolekit2 is removed from depends. It should be installed manually, just like in Xfce Setup.
