testing/xonotic{,-data}: move from unmaintained

I play and host this myself and i will commit to keeping it updated (even though upstream doesn't release that often).

I don't think this should've been set as unmaintained as there wasn't anything that needed changes anyways (no upgrades or breakage of any kind).
