community/sway: drop unneeded mv

community/sway currently doesn't build. The code to split the subpackages was broken previously, but seemed not to fail this should fix the issue.

I also sneaked in a rebuild of wlroots in the hope that either rebuild magically fixes the occasional crashes of sway that I'm suffering from since today.
