main: remove all paxmark invocations

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:main-no-paxmark into master

Since we no longer use PAX (i.e. grsecurity), there should no longer be any need to keep it around and use it in aports. For this reason, this commit removes paxmark from main/, latter commits can remove it from packages in testing/ and community as well.
