community/notcurses: upgrade to 2.2.2

Tests are disabled due to a very mysterious failure in 2.2.1 (see https://github.com/dankamongmen/notcurses/issues/1344). I want to reenable them, but am leery of clogging up the Alpine autobuilders. Since I didn't do anything this dev cycle that would address the strange failure, I've left them disabled =[.
