Initial port of lxqt-desktop.

Notes:

  • lxqt-build-tools should be placed in /usr/share instead of /usr/lib?
    If not, libfm-qt cannot be built because it cannot find this module path.

  • Fails on armhf on some packages, due to missing kwindowsystem-dev package.

  • Also fails on s390x due to missing packages too.
