main/openssl: add ppc arch to apkbuild

Segfault requested to merge TuxThePenguin0/aports:openssl_ppc into master

OpenSSL builds fine for PowerPC (not thoroughly tested, works for me), the only thing missing to allow this is a line to tell it which architecture to build for
