community/alembic: move from testing

I have been using blender for a while and it works fine so I think we could start work on moving blender to community, also to solve some test issues in dependencies and bringing multiarch support if possible, since some mobile/RPI/other users may want blender. Alembic works and I don't see a reason why would it not be in community
