community/feedbackd: update to 0_git20210125

Changes

• Upgraded feedbackd to 0_git20210125
• New dependency: feedbackd-device-themes which contains device specific themes for the PinePhone and the Librem 5.
• Added pre-install and pre-upgrade hook to create the new feedbackd group for controlling LEDs instead of the video group.

Testing

• Receive a phone call or text. The LED should blink and the phone should vibrate
• Entering some text with the keyboard should give a light vibration when pressing a key
• fbcli can be used as well to test various patterns

Notes

• Make sure your user is part of the feedbackd group, otherwise the LED won't work
• Install the latest kernel, feedbackd relies on it to query the device name and pick the correct config file.
