community/pipewire: add `check()` and fix `pipewire-pulse`

  • Add check(), as unit tests are now provided by upstream
  • Split out more pulseaudio stuff to pipewire-pulse
  • Blacklist s390x, as the unit tests are failing there. (Likely, nobody will miss pipewire on servers anyway.)
