community/{autologin,tinydm}: new aport

Oliver Smith requested to merge ollieparanoid/aports:tinydm into master

In postmarketOS, we replaced the lightdm-based automatic login with tinydm + autologin. I'm placing this in community instead of testing, because we have extensively tested it in pmOS already.
