community/xdm: compile against xft

Maarten van Gompel requested to merge proycon/aports:xdm-xft into master

compiled against xft so proper fonts can be used instead of only old X legacy fonts. Required if xdm is to be used comfortably on any kind of hidpi device (including the pinephone, where sxmo (via postmarketos) relies on xdm).
