Upgrade to 2.0.11. Restore tests -- third time's the charm. I finally got access to a s390x box and believe I have fully worked out the unit tests there (they failed the past few builds, blocking the builder. My apologies). Many thanks to @andypost , who patiently helped me get this done.
Should the tests fail once more (please no), feel free/encouraged to revert. But I'm almost certain I got them all fixed.
