community/qemu: upgrade to 5.2.0
add meson to makedepends, qemu switching to meson build remove ivshmem-tools, now it is just example in qemu remove ppc64abi32, system-lm32, system-unicore32 and tilegx which are deprecated and have to be explicitly built add new modules: audio-spice chardev-spice hw-display-virtio-gpu-pci hw-display-virtio-gpu hw-display-virtio-vga ui-egl-headless ui-opengl ui-spice-core
remove 0001-usb-fix-setup_len-init.patch, fixed upstream remove ncurses.patch, doesn't apply upstream remove prepare() function because Makefile.target is removed upstream
