main/opensmtpd-pam: new aport
Fixes #12158 (closed)
I noticed in the OpenSMTPD APKBUILD file that the --with-auth-pam was not present.
This prevents some advanced usage, like for instance using PAM to authenticate against a LDAP directory with OpenSMTPD.
