The source project of this merge request has been removed.

This PR statically compiles lxd-agent and lxd-p2c as upstream says it should be.

I've tested this and it now appears to work, "lxc exec bash" worked in an ubuntu vm and an archlinux vm now as lxd-agent was able to run.
