testing/giara: new aport

Builds and opens, but doesn't let me log in. Investigating. I haven't been able to figure out the issue here unfortunately, but it only occurs in some installations (it works fine on my phone running postmarketOS with Phosh and for some other guy testing it). I'm thinking this can be merged and I'll open an issue about it if someone wants to look into it. I intend to give this another shot in the future, but for now I'll leave it like this.

It turns out all this was due to that I didn't have a default browser set. Not an issue then.
