testing/wlrobs: upgrade to 1.0

Note: A maintainer needs to use the snapshot function to store a non-volatile version of the source. (The archive downloaded is generated on the fly and the timestamp of creation is used, so that the checksum check will never pass.) And obviously, a abuild checksum is needed afterwards as well.
