community/cheese: move all libs to libs subpackage

Bart Ribbers requested to merge PureTryOut/aports:cheese-libs into master

It seems some part of GNOME actually depend on the GTK libraries too which weren't moved, but they still don't need the actual application itself. So let's move all the libraries instead of specific ones.
