testing/u-boot-odroid-c2: new aport

Daniel Santana requested to merge cpixl/aports:u-boot-odroid-c2 into master

ODROID-C2 requires the U-Boot image to be signed by aml_encrypt_gxb (or amlbootsig open-source alternative). It also needs some other payloads packed together in a FIP format, by using fip_create.
