testing/grml-zsh-config: new aport

Oliver Smith requested to merge ollieparanoid/aports:grml-zsh-config into master

My favourite shell config, some may know it from Arch Linux live media. I'm using it on all my systems, so it's time to properly package it for Alpine.

txt2tags is required to build the manpages.
