testing/mycroft-core: add launch script

Bart Ribbers requested to merge PureTryOut/aports:testing_mycroft_initd into master

The launch and stop scripts are a modification of the ones in the upstream source. The modifications will be upstreamed, but without them the scripts are unusable for distro packaging.
