testing/php8-pecl-*: add 3 extensions

This extensions will help to transition to PHP 8

  • php7-pecl-apcu - required by 3 aports
  • php7-pecl-igbinary - required to build redis/memcache
  • php7-pecl-xhprof - profiler for fresh PHP
